WHAT IS POWDER COATING?
Powder coating is a process of applying a dry powder to a metal surface by using an electrostatic charge. The electrical charge increases the efficiency of coverage and less paint is wasted compared to conventional wet paint. The sprayed metal is then cured at an average of 400F for 20 minutes resulting in a bullet-proof finish that is tougher than conventional wet paints.

We offer convenient pickup and delivery services for all your powder coating needs. Our full-time driver will ensure your items arrive safely and on time with no extra cost to you. We take the hassle out of transporting your items so that you can focus on more important things.
Two Shops to Serve You
At Stellar Coating Solutions, we specialize in powder coating services for a wide range of materials. We recently expanded our services with a second shop just across the road, giving us a total of three ovens and three booths to support them. Our large shop has a 25ft.L x 10ft.W x 10ft.T oven, a 9ft.L x 7ft.W x 7ft.T oven, and two booths, while our second shop has a 12ft.L x 10ft.W x 10ft.T oven with a booth to support it.

We offer a wide range of colors and textures to choose from. We use many different powder suppliers and have roughly 200 different colors in stock, and can color-match if needed. Our experienced staff can help you find the perfect powder coating color to fit your specific project needs.

OUR PROCESS
Not all powder coating is created equal. Every metal has its own characteristics and requires the correct cleaning process to produce a long-lasting coating. Stellar Coating Solutions works directly with our manufacturers to understand each of their products before going through the treatment process. We'll even pick up and deliver your product if needed!
PREPARATION &
CLEANING
The most important step is the removal of all oil, dirt, and metal oxides, so the powder adheres to the metal during the curing process. We apply a 3-step cleaning process to clean and remove impurities on the metal.
TREATMENT APPLICATION
We utilize batch system with multiple ovens and spray booths. The batch system allows us to change products and colors quickly and efficiently.
QUALITY CONTROL
Each finished product is checked by a 2-person team before moving to pack-out. Our stringent QC process is the toughest in the industry. Any member of our team can pull a product for review at any point in the process.
PACK-OUT &
LABELING
Stellar Coating Solutions works with many OEM’s who require specific packing and labeling. Each part is packed, labeled, and made ready for delivery to the end user before it leaves our facility.
