PREPARATION & CLEANING
The most important step is the removal of all oil, dirt, and metal oxides, so the powder adheres to the metal during the curing process. We apply a 5-step cleaning process to clean and remove impurities on the metal.
2. TREATMENT APPLICATION
We utilize batch system with multiple ovens and spray booths. The batch system allows us to change products and colors quickly and efficiently.

QUALITY CONTROL
Each finished product is checked by a 2-person team before moving to pack-out. Our stringent QC process is the toughest in the industry. Any member of our team can pull a product for review at any point in the process.

PACK-OUT & LABELING
Stellar Coating Solutions works with many OEM’s who require specific packing and labeling. Each part is packed, labeled, and made ready for delivery to the end user before it leaves our facility.
